They don't come up that often in this location and in this condition. Not just a beach house, it is more than that. Bought as an original 70s beach house and totally remodelled in to what it is today. Some features are still there from the original house such as the downstairs bunk room but as soon as you go up those stairs the property comes in to its own. Theres a tv room, a library or winter room. Open plan kitchen/dining along with decks that take in the amazing views out to sea. A separate wing that could be used as a B&B adds a unique touch, including two bedrooms and utility. The master suite is on its own level with deck and extra room for a couch and chairs. Your own special space. From this area you take in all the sea views along with the wonderful hill views behind. First time on the market this property is definitely one to view.
